Terms of service

MUSAI is a service operated by PI3NERGY S.A. DE C.V., with address in Mexico City, Mexico. By using musaisong.app you accept these terms.

1. What we deliver

When you use a Letra, MUSAI produces and delivers four things: the complete lyrics of a song, written from the story you tell us; a style recipe, with the text and settings ready to paste into an AI music generator such as Suno or Udio; an illustrated plate with a unique seal in the format MUS-XXXXXX; and a certificate tied to that seal, available at musaisong.app/acta/MUS-XXXXXX.

2. What we do not deliver

MUSAI does not generate or host audio. We do not produce the recorded song. We give you the lyrics and the recipe so you can generate it in the tool you prefer. We are not responsible for the result that tool produces, nor for its terms, prices or availability. We also do not sell or assign rights over musical genres: names such as bolero, metalcore or cumbia are public-domain descriptions, and our catalogue is a work of selection and description, not ownership of the genres themselves. We do not represent you before any music distribution platform, collecting society or third party.

3. Your rights over the lyrics

The lyrics MUSAI writes from your story are yours to use. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual and irrevocable licence to reproduce, adapt, record, perform, register and commercially exploit them as part of a song. The only restriction: you may not resell or redistribute the lyrics as text in themselves, for example by adding them to a lyrics bank, a template product or a competing service. You can turn them into a song and sell that song.

4. The plate and the seal

The plate you receive is a unique piece within its lineage. You are granted a licence for personal and gift use: you may download it, print it, frame it, give it away and display it. The base design of the lineage, the mother card and the seal system remain MUSAI's work. You are not authorised to reproduce the plate in order to sell it, to use it as part of your own commercial product, or to alter or replicate the seal. The MUS-XXXXXX seal and its certificate are permanent: we never reassign a seal that has been issued.

5. Letra blocks and subscriptions

Letra blocks are a one-time payment and purchased Letras do not expire. Subscriptions grant a number of Letras per monthly period and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or from the Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for and is not prorated. Letras included in a subscription period do not roll over to the next one unless stated otherwise.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. MUSAI never receives, sees or stores your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank may apply conversion charges or international fees that are outside our control.

7. Your account and your age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you are under 18, you may use MUSAI only with the authorisation and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who must make the purchase. You are responsible for activity on your account; write to hola@musaisong.app if you notice unauthorised use.

8. Content we do not accept

You may not use MUSAI to produce content that incites hatred or violence against people or groups; that harasses, defames or exposes an identifiable person; that sexualises minors in any way; that promotes illegal activity; or that infringes third-party rights. We may refuse a generation, suspend an account or withdraw a public certificate that breaches the above. Where the breach is clear and serious, that suspension does not give rise to a refund.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If a change affects Letras you already purchased, we will notify you with reasonable notice at your account email.

10. Limitation of liability

MUSAI is offered as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid MUSAI in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or for the result you obtain by using our recipe in a third-party tool.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update them. We will publish the new effective date on this page and, if the change is substantial, we will notify you at your account email. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means accepting the new version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
