PI3NERGY S.A. DE C.V., with address in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we do not do
We never sell your personal data, to anyone, under any circumstance. MUSAI Song does not use your stories or lyrics to train AI models. We do not store card details: payment is processed by Stripe and we only receive the confirmation that it completed.
Who we share with
Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for database and file storage; Vercel to host the site and measure its usage in aggregate, without cookies; PostHog for analytics and session recording with text masked; and the AI models that produce the lyrics, the music and the voice, which receive your story and your lyrics solely in order to generate your song. Some of these providers are outside Mexico; by using the service you consent to that international transfer, which is carried out with the contractual safeguards each provider offers.
Certificates
A certificate shows only metadata about the object: the seal, the style, the lineage, the edition and the date, plus the plate. It does not show your name, the recipient's name, your story or the lyrics. The song title appears only if you authorise it. Your certificate is private: only people with the link can see it. If you choose to publish it in the registry, it shows the plate, without sound or lyrics. To remove it, email hola@musaisong.app.
Cookies and analytics
MUSAI Song runs without analytics or advertising cookies. We only use what the session needs (keeping you signed in and protecting the site from bots) and, while we test a new version of the site, the musai_vid cookie: a random number that does not say who you are, so that on every visit you see the same version and the same price, and when you ask for your sample, so it is one per device (it lasts up to a year). We measure site usage without cookies, with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, in aggregate. If you arrive from an ad, we store the click identifier with your purchase to know which ad worked.
We also use PostHog to understand how the site is used, with analytics and session recording (clicks, scrolling and screens, never your camera or microphone). Text fields, your story and your lyrics are masked and not recorded; neither are the payment screens or your certificates. It uses no cookies. We keep an anonymous identifier in your browser that links your tabs for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; we never link it to your name or email.
Your ARCO rights
You may at any time request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition (ARCO) in relation to your data, and withdraw your consent. Write to hola@musaisong.app from your account email; we reply within a maximum of 20 business days. To delete your account, write to that same address: we remove your email, your stories and your lyrics, we keep the payment records tax law requires us to keep, and seals already issued continue to exist as identifiers, unlinked from you. If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you may turn to the competent Mexican authority.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
In addition to the above, under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Our legal bases are performance of the contract to produce and deliver what you buy, and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service. You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country.
