Refund policy

MUSAI delivers made-to-measure work that is produced on the spot. That is why we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee: we do not refund because you did not like the lyrics, because the style you chose was not what you expected, or because the song you generated in Suno or Udio did not sound the way you imagined.

We refund when something fails. And we answer for the Letra that failed, not the whole block.

The four cases that count as a failure

• Wrong language: the lyrics came out in a language other than the one you chose.
• Plate not generated: the illustrated plate was not produced or arrived corrupted.
• Duplicate charge: Stripe recorded two charges for the same purchase.
• Lyrics without your story: the text includes nothing of what you told us, no names, no places, no dates, no phrases, no details.

What we do

When we confirm one of those four cases, you choose: we regenerate the Letra at no cost, or we return the unit value of that Letra according to the block you bought it in. For a duplicate charge we return the full repeated charge. The scope is always the affected Letra; we do not refund the block or the subscription because of a failure in one Letra.

How to request it

Write to hola@musaisong.app from your account email, include the MUS-XXXXXX seal of the affected Letra, say which of the four cases applies, and tell us whether you prefer regeneration or a refund. You have 14 calendar days from generation to report it. We reply within a maximum of 3 business days. If the refund applies, Stripe issues it to the same payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect it.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. We do not refund periods already started. Cancellation is done from your account or from the Stripe billing portal.
